Miss Nova

Nova Johnstone is an ABT certified ballet teacher with 22 years of ballet teaching and coaching experience. Nova was the national scholarship recipient to attend The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, was awarded multiple talent trust scholarships as well as multiple bursaries. She also attended The National Ballet School of Canada. All while continuing her dance and performance studies she completed a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology with a focus on early childhood, which she uses daily as a mentor, guide and trusted instructor to her students. Nova danced professionally throughout Ireland and the UK solidifying a choreography role for Grammy award winning, Anuna. Students have been accepted to The National Ballet School of Canada, Canadas Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Princess Grace Academy, and Central School of Ballet London UK. Nova is known for fostering a “work hard stay humble and kind” culture and always looks forward to classes with eager students.
