Miss Jaeda was bit by the dance bug at a very early age. She spent 17 years as a valuable member of Dance ConXion’s competitive team in the Annapolis Valley and has travelled far and wide to diversify her training. She has attended many prestigious summer intensives such as the National Ballet School of Canada, Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Quinte Ballet School, Ballet Jorgen, and Joffrey Ballet School in NYC. In addition to her ballet training, she has taken master classes all over Canada and the United States, as well as weeklong dance intensives in Paris, France for two summers. Her diverse talent has been recognized year after year winning numerous awards, honours, and opportunities for her performances in acro, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary and ballet.
Jaeda’s passion for dance has only grown over the years and now following in her mother’s footsteps, is teaching, and choreographing at Dance ConXion. Jaeda is a certified teacher in Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT), and Acrobatic Arts Module 1. Dance has provided her some of the most amazing opportunities and memories and she is excited to be able to share her passion, creativity, and knowledge with the next generation of dancers.
In addition to furthering her dance training, Jaeda is attending her fourth year at Acadia University, working on a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
